The game is located in Europe and North Africa during the peak of the World War II. The action is being developed across three varying campaigns distributed among the perspectives of Soviet, German and Allied soldiers. There is a different scenario belonging to every campaign and a particular organized timeline brings a specific story to the fatal war.
The core Soviet mission encounters two student comrades – Smirnov and Kuznetzov, who become army members and turn into bothers in arms fast. The two rise through the ranks and go through the hardships of war. The whole picture is created in three campaigns where five German and five Allied missions completing the trilogy, each one of them telling a particular story of World War II. The locations of all events are Russia, North Africa, Ukraine, Greece, Germany and the Pacific.
